Maria Demus is the most senior addition to the instructor team at Music Junkie Studios, teaching piano, violin, and bass guitar. Maria is a professional violinist, electric bassist, singer, and songwriter. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas where she began learning and playing the violin at age 9, adding bass and piano to her studies later.
Soon after, she moved to Lubbock, Texas in order to pursue a Violin Performance degree at Texas Tech University. Upon graduation, Maria relocated to Fort Worth and now often plays gigs in local venues across the Metroplex. She developed a deeper love for teaching through her volunteer work with Girls Rock
